Regulations on the dividend policy of OJSC "Promagroleasing"
According to the results of 2018, the dividend per one ordinary share amounted to 03 (three) kopecks, the dividend payment period is until May 31, 2019 (based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Promagroleasing", Minutes No. 98 dated March 29, 2019). Payment of dividends - in cash in a non-cash form.
According to the results of 2019, the dividend per one ordinary share amounted to 13 (thirteen) kopecks, the dividend payment period is until May 1, 2020 (the basis is the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Promagroleasing", Minutes No. 119 dated March 31, 2020). Payment of dividends - in cash in a non-cash form.
According to the results of 2020, the dividend per one ordinary share amounted to 16 (sixteen) kopecks, the dividend payment period is until May 31, 2021 (the basis is the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Promagroleasing", Minutes No. 139 dated March 31, 2021). Payment of dividends - in cash in a non-cash form.
According to the results of 2021, the dividend per one ordinary share amounted to 26 (twenty-six) kopecks, the dividend payment period is until 04/30/2022 (the basis is the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Promagroleasing", Minutes No. 162 dated 03/30/2022). Payment of dividends - in cash in a non-cash form.
According to the results of 2022, the dividend per one ordinary share amounted to 27 (twenty-seven) kopecks, the dividend payment period is until May 31, 2023 (based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC "Promagroleasing", Minutes No. 180 dated March 24, 2023). Payment of dividends - in cash in a non-cash form.
According to the results of 2023, the amount of dividend per common share amounted to 42 (forty-two) kopecks, dividend payment period - until 29.03.2024 (based on the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders OJSC "Promagroleasing", protocol dated March 22, 2024 No. 202). Pay dividends - in cash by bank transfer.

Anti-corruption

In order to improve the legal regulation of anti-corruption issues, eliminate the causes and conditions that give rise to corruption, optimize the conditions for the successful development and operation of OJSC "Promagroleasing", on the basis of the Model Regulations on the Anti-Corruption Commission approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 15, 2015 No. 305-Z "On the fight against corruption", other regulatory legal acts, the Regulations on the Commission for Combating Corruption of OJSC "Promagroleasing" were developed and approved.

By order of the General Director of OJSC "Promagroleasing", the personal composition of the Commission for Combating Corruption in OJSC "Promagroleasing" was approved.

The Commission in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law, other legislative acts, as well as the Regulations on the Commission. The activities of the commission are carried out in accordance with the work plans for the calendar year, approved at its meetings.
