LLC «PB-MALACO» and KFH «Terra Nostra»

About the company:  PB-MALAKO LLC is a trading company engaged in the wholesale of dairy products. In addition to the main activity in 2019, the company created the Terra Nostra farm, land with a total area of 3.5 thousand hectares was obtained.

Objective: Creation of our own fleet of agricultural machinery for the high-quality organization of a sowing and harvesting company.

Design solution: The task was solved by the joint efforts of the departments of commercial leasing and the implementation of state programs. The necessary imported equipment was provided on the most favorable commercial leasing terms, Belarusian-made equipment was financed on preferential terms under Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 2, 2015 No. 146 “On financing the purchase of modern machinery and equipment”.

Result: As a result of fruitful cooperation between PB-MALAKO LLC and Terra Nostra Farm Farm with Promagroleasing OJSC, the first not only successfully carried out a sowing company in compliance with all necessary technological and time regulations, but also created new jobs, and provided services to other agricultural companies in the region, which had a positive impact on the growth in revenues of enterprises.
