About the company: Since 1992, Protos LLC, which is part of the Protos Group of Companies holding, has been manufacturing and supplying metal structures.

Main activities: production of steel cold-formed profiles, production of steel electric beams, production of metal structures, metal trusses, masts, columns, racks and other elements of metal frames for industrial, agricultural and warehouse buildings; walkways, platforms and other metal structures for completing gas distribution stations and crane units; bridge metal structures.

Task: As a result of the implementation of the investment project “Construction of the facility “Metal Structure Plant on the territory of a warehouse complex in the village of Saltanovka, Mogilev District” under an investment agreement between the Republic of Belarus and PROTOS LLC, there was a shortage of working capital of the enterprise. The enterprise was faced with the task of returning and replenishing working capital to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Project solution: In the course of working out various ways to replenish working capital, it was decided to use the leaseback mechanism, as a result of which Promagroleasing OJSC acquired from PROTOS LLC and leased the building of the production workshop and equipment.

Result: As a result of the successful implementation of the project, the company released working capital to ensure uninterrupted and stable operation, as well as direct them to the development and expansion of production.
