About the company: SOJSC "ATEP-5" is a dynamically developing company whose main activity is the provision of cargo transportation services. To date, SOJSC "ATEP-5" has 76 units of trucks of the brand MERCEDES, DAF, KOGEL, corresponding to the environmental classes EURO 5, 6.

The company's international flights cover the whole of Europe and the CIS countries. The company employs about 86 people, including 56 drivers who have significant experience in international transportation.

Task: The task of the enterprise was to increase capital for its subsequent investment, as well as to protect the company's assets from depreciation and inflation.

Project solution: JSC "Promagroleasing" helped in solving the tasks at the expense of such a financial instrument as commercial real estate leasing.

Result: Thanks to the acquisition through leasing of the most liquid commercial real estate object in the central part of the city of Minsk and the subsequent lease of this object for a long-term lease, it was possible to profitably invest the company's funds, ensuring their return and increasing the profit of the enterprise and the well-being of its employees.
