In 2024, Promagroleasing OJSC continued to develop leasing for individuals: new programs for the purchase of cars and real estate by individuals were developed. This is done solely for the convenience of our customers and to improve the quality of service. Since April, Promagroleasing OJSC has been acting as a guardian of the white-tailed eagle - thus, the Company supports the charity event of the Minsk Zoo "The Zoo is Looking for Friends", aimed at helping to maintain its inhabitants. This species is included in the Red Book of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, the Red Book of the Republic of Belarus and is under threat of extinction, so it is very important to take care of its well-being. Throughout 2024, the Company supported: ˗ socially significant events: jointly with the special unit of the road patrol service "Strela" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, advertising events were held as part of special comprehensive events "Attention - Children!", timed to coincide with the beginning and end of the school academic year, as well as an advertising event on the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays on road safety; ˗ cultural events: in July, Promagroleasing OJSC sponsored the International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk"; ˗ sports events: the Company became a partner of the largest triathlon race in Belarus, held according to international Ironman standards - "Minsk Triathlon 2024". Based on the results of the activity in 2023 among leasing organizations of the Republic of Belarus, Promagroleasing OJSC once again became the market leader in total investment and consumer leasing and ranked first. Promagroleasing OJSC was also awarded the 1st degree diploma in the segment “Investment leasing”, which was another confirmation of its unchanged leadership during the last 8 years. Moreover, the achievements of Promagroleasing OJSC were recognized with diplomas of 1st degree in the segments «Investment leasing» - «Freight transport», «Investment leasing» - «Machinery and equipment» and diploma of 3rd degree in the segment «Investment leasing» - «Rail transport». In the second half of the year, Promagroleasing OJSC opened a new line of business - leasing for individuals. Taking into account the wishes of our customers, a number of leasing programs were developed, allowing individuals to become owners of the desired car or real estate with minimal costs and in the shortest time. Today Promagroleasing OJSC offers car leasing under the programs “Conquer the World with Belgee”, “Drive Plus”, “Road Leader”, “Charge and Drive”, “New Opportunities”, “Comfort in Motion”; leasing of residential real estate and parking place under the programs “Cozy Meters” and “Cozy Meters +” from LLC “SAVAINVESTSTROY”, “Own Territory” from LLC “STROMINVEST”. In June, Promagroleasing OJSC launched a chatbot in Telegram, through which you can get all the necessary information about the activities of the Promagroleasing OJSC, leasing programs, terms of financing machinery and equipment, providing a package of documents for leasing transactions. Promagroleasing OJSC also has an official account in the social network Tik Tok, where creative videos are published. Promagroleasing OJSC continued to provide gratuitous (sponsorship) support for the least protected segments of the population, as well as specialized non-profit organizations of the Republic of Belarus. OJSC "Promagroleasing" has been successfully operating for 21 years, contributing to the provision of organizations of the agro-industrial complex and other sectors of the economy with modern machinery and equipment, as well as stimulating demand and increasing export deliveries of domestic producers' products to international markets. Competitive advantages - high competence in the industry, many years of experience in the market, strong staff - allow us to maintain a leading position in the leasing market of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2015, the Company has been the leader of the leasing industry in our country, and in 2022 it once again confirmed the status of the market leader according to the results of the rating of leasing organizations for operations in 2021 (investment leasing), annually conducted by the Association of Lessors of Belarus. The share of the Company in the total volume of new business in terms of aggregate indicators of leasing organizations - participants in the rating for the leasing market as a whole - amounted to 39.058%. The share of OJSC "Promagroleasing" in the total volume of the leasing portfolio of this rating was 52.026%. In addition, OJSC "Promagroleasing" was awarded diplomas of the 1st degree in the segments "Investment leasing" - "Freight vehicles" and "Investment leasing" - "Machinery and equipment". In 2021, OJSC "Promagroleasing" celebrated its 20th anniversary and retained its leading positions in the rating of leasing organizations of the Republic of Belarus, which is annually conducted by the Association of Lessors of Belarus. At the same time, OJSC Promagroleasing took first place in the segments Investment Leasing - Freight Vehicles and Investment Leasing - Machinery and Equipment. At the beginning of 2021, the Personal Account service was launched on the corporate website of OJSC "Promagroleasing". This service simplifies and makes the Company's interaction with customers more mobile. |

According to the results of the rating of the Association of Lessors of Belarus, starting from 2015 OJSC "Promagroleasing" is the leader in terms of aggregate indicators of leasing organizations, such as the leasing portfolio, new business, the volume of lease payments accrued for the year, as well as in the following segments: "Investment leasing", " Machinery and Equipment", "Vehicles", "Freight Vehicles" and "International Leasing Agreements". Since 2015, OJSC "Promagroleasing" has been providing equipment for leasing as part of the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 2, 2015 No. 146 "On financing the purchase of modern machinery and equipment", since August 2020, taking into account the additions made to Decree No. 146 Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 18, 2020 No. 225 "On amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus".
