Year-End Results and Production Secrets: Promagroleasing Visits a Partner Plant
Promagroleasing management visited the BELGEE (BelGee CJSC ) plant in Borisov, where they not only learned about the plant's advanced production cycle but also received a prestigious award from the manufacturer. The visit confirmed the company's status as a key partner of the Belarusian auto giant.
The business program began with a tour of the production facilities, personally led by the plant's CEO, Gennady Svidersky. The head of the company not only briefed the guests on the specifics of current technological processes but also lifted the veil of secrecy on its strategic development plans.

The visit culminated in a gala awards ceremony. Representatives of the BELGEE plant presented the Promagroleasing team with a prestigious award: "For the team's high professionalism, a twofold increase in sales, and the best result in the number of BELGEE vehicles leased." This high rating is direct confirmation of the effectiveness of the company's financial instruments, which make car acquisition profitable and accessible for corporate clients.

The Promagroleasing team shared their impressions and curious facts about the production process. Their personal top picks:
Conveyor speed. The complete assembly cycle of one car (welding, painting, assembly) takes only 18 hours. At the same time, the plant reaches a capacity of 250 cars per day.
Young audience. The average age of the company's employees is 32.
Smart robots. 76 robots work throughout the entire plant. Specifically, 43 of them are used in the paint shop, with a capacity of 30 cars per hour! The robotic arms do not just paint – they independently open and close the doors, hood, and trunk to paint hidden cavities.
Delicate wash. Before painting, the bodies are cleaned with special bristles made from emu feathers, which do not scratch the surface. It sounds soft, but this is truly impressive high-tech.
2025 Results: The plant sold over 28,000 vehicles, a 14% increase over 2024.
People's ratings: The BELGEE X50 crossover remains the most popular model among Belarusians. The second most popular is the S50 sedan, and the third is the BELGEE X70.
New product of the year: The plant is preparing to premiere the CITYRAY model, which could become the brand's new flagship. Sales are scheduled to begin in April.
Plans for production expansion: A new stamping shop is being set up on the plant's premises. BELGEE will begin manufacturing panels, doors, and other body parts that were previously imported. Improvements to the welding shop are also planned: additional welding operations will be added for already stamped parts.
