Promagroleasing Participated in Discussions on Equipment Supplies for Kirov Region

During the official Kirov Region delegation's visit to the Republic of Belarus, talks on developing cooperation in the transport and industrial sectors were held. Pavel Karotkikh, CEO of Promagroleasing OJSC, participated in the event.

During the meeting, Transport Minister Alexey Petryakov and Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade Denis Pestrikov outlined the region's need for a large-scale renewal of its passenger transport fleet, totaling 225 large and medium-class vehicles by 2030.

The key topic of the discussion was the development of financial mechanisms for future deliveries. Pavel Karotkikh, CEO of Promagroleasing OJSC, together with Sergei Stolyarchuk, Chairman of the Management Board of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, presented a range of possible financial support instruments. Their goal is to create a foundation for mutually beneficial and long-term cooperation between the regions.

Furthermore, the Kirov Region's interest in acquiring modern municipal equipment was confirmed during  the meeting. Regional Environmental Protection Minister Timur Abashev emphasized the need for such equipment for both the regional operator and waste haulers.

As part of the visit, the delegation also learned about cutting-edge developments in Belarusian-made specialized equipment, expressing particular interest in the prospect of piloting the latest electric garbage truck.
