Year-End Results and Prospects Discussed: Promagroleasing Annual Shareholders' Meeting Is Held

On March 20, Promagroleasing OJSC held its annual General Shareholders' Meeting, focusing on summing up the company's performance over the past period and identifying priority areas for further development.

CEO Pavel Karotkikh delivered the keynote address, presenting an analysis of the company's financial and economic performance through 2025. The meeting also included a report from the independent director of the Supervisory Board and information on the audit activities conducted by the Audit Commission.

The meeting was held  in a businesslike atmosphere. Shareholders had the opportunity to discuss significant aspects of the company's operations, express their proposals, and receive comprehensive answers to their questions. Following the discussion, all decisions on the agenda were unanimously approved, establishing Promagroleasing's strategic development vector for the coming period.
