Financial Solutions without Borders: Pavel Karotkikh Speaks at International Conference

Pavel Karotkikh, CEO of Promagroleasing, participated in the business program of the conference of official dealers and partners of the Belarusian automaker, which was  being held in Rostov-on-Don from April 8 to 11, 2026.

The event began with a flower-laying ceremony at the Eternal Flame at the Fallen Soldiers Memorial. Conference participants honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War as part of a delegation led by Yuri Seliverstov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation, and Alexey Gospodarev, First Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region.

As part of the business program, Pavel Karotkikh delivered a report on "Financing Mechanisms for Imports from the Republic of Belarus." His presentation introduced leasing solutions and financing terms for the supply of Belarusian-made equipment, tailored to the needs of Russian partners. The conference also included working meetings and negotiations with potential buyers of Belarusian equipment, using financial instruments from the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, Promagroleasing, and PROMAGROLIZING-CENTER LLC.

Participation in the event allowed for strengthening business contacts and continuing systematic efforts to promote Belarusian equipment on the Russian market using Promagroleasing's modern and transparent financing mechanisms.
